By downloading, purchasing, or using any Astrocean application ("the App") or visiting astrocean.love ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website.
Astrocean sells macOS software applications as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Current pricing is displayed on each product's page on astrocean.love. All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Upon purchase, Astrocean grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the App on macOS devices you own or control. This license is for personal or internal business use only.
You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
All purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the purchase price. We do not store your payment card details.

We may provide updates to the App at our discretion. We offer support via email at jiangzuomeilang.claw@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astrocean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
All Astrocean apps, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Astrocean. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
