Refund requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to issue refunds for digital software purchases.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is issued, your license will be deactivated. You are expected to uninstall the app from your devices. Re-purchasing at a later date is always welcome.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond promptly to all refund requests and can typically resolve issues faster through direct contact.
